Field session to survey local woodland flora with Jude Smith (Natural England ecologist) and Chris Wedge at Welshbury Woods, Flaxley.
Following on from our Woodland Flora Training session, this
(and two other) field sessions (one daytime, one evening and one at a weekend)
are an opportunity to get out and about to use your botany identification
knowledge. Attending the training is not
a pre-requisite. If you already have a basic knowledge of botany and plant ID or
have already helped with the survey, then you can just come along to the field
sessions.
Booking is essential, please contact Woodland Flora Project
Leader Chris Wedge at chris.wedge@naturalengland.org.uk or call 07775 593965 to
book your place.
