We are a National Lottery Heritage Funded Landscape Partnership programme, formed from an association of partner organisations and local community groups within the Forest of Dean. Our aim is to raise awareness and participation in the built, natural and cultural heritage that makes our Forest special.

There are lots of things to do and get involved in, so please take a look at the volunteering opportunities below.

Coronavirus COVID-19 update:  In line with the latest government roadmap guidelines we are gradually restarting our volunteer activity.  Please contact us if you are interested in taking part in the group activities we list on this page.
If you like to get out in nature, there are several citizen science surveys and national schemes recording different species which you can take part in independently.  We list those activities on this page.
Do stay active and continue to enjoy getting out in the forest, whilst maintaining safe social distancing.
