This bumper day aims is to cover all of the ponds around the northern end of the Cinderford Linear Park. This will involve deploying newt traps in 20+ ponds on Saturday afternoon (6th April) at 3pm, collecting them up on Sunday morning (10am) and recording all the newts which have been found. Plenty of helpers required! You are welcome to come on just one day although Sunday the 7th will be the day for seeing newts.
Expect to see all three species of British newt. Access will be on foot.
