A few strong volunteers are needed in late May / early June (date TBC) to help install dip wells at the wetland restoration site at Lower Foxes Bridge Bog, Cinderford. Dip wells are used to monitor water level changes as a result of the restoration project. This task will involve carrying materials (such as sacks of gravel), drilling deep holes into the ground using an auger, installing a pipes etc. If you are interested in this, please contact richard.mundy@gloucestershirewildlifetrust.co.uk .
